Penza Artisans Presented Works at Folk Crafts Exhibition in Moscow
The Penza Oblast artisans presented their works at the 28th exhibition-fair of folk art crafts of Russia called "Rook. Spring fantasy - 2020 " in Moscow.
At the collective stand visitors can see products made of ceramics, fur and leather. In addition, visitors can get acquainted with such areas as artistic wood carving and metal processing, weaving, felting and knitting. The Abashevskaya toy attracted a lot of attention of the exhibition guests.
The exhibition includes the products of 11 individual entrepreneurs, ZAO Abashevskaya Ceramics, OOO Iris, ANO PenzaHobby Creative Association and the autonomous non-profit organsation for the development of folk arts and crafts called "Zhit Prosto".
It is planned that the site "At the Artisans'" will host a master class for children and adults on the production of traditional Abashevskaya toys by Mikhail Lipatkin.
On March 4 the 28th exhibition-fair of folk art crafts of Russia "Rook. Spring fantasy - 2020" located at Moscow's Expocentre started its work which lasted for five days.
The event brought together more than 800 craft organisations, individually working artists and craftsmen, as well as artisans from 50 regions.
